Release of Liability and Use of Photographs/Videography: By registering for the PMSF Conference, it is understood that all attendees hereby waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights, actions and claims which they or their heirs, executors, or assigns may have against the Phelan-McDermid Syndrome Foundation and it officers, directors, members, staff, volunteers, representatives, successors, and assigns death, injury, loss and any and all damages which the attendee or attendee's family may sustain and/or suffer in connection with their participation in this event.  It is further understood that be registering for the conference, attendees grant permission for the sponsors of this event to use their or their family's name and photograph/video and any quotations from the attendees, in legitimate accounts and promotion for this event. Attendees will receive no compensation for the use of their or their family's name, photograph, or quotation.
